actual path is :HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\DownloadManager\Passwo rds .

can any one please help me

Para ler um valor do registro utilize o seguinte procedimento:
To ready a value of registry do this:

  Registro : TRegistry;
  Data : String;
begin
 Registro := TRegistry.Create;
 With Registro do
  Begin
   RootKey := HKEY_CURRENT_USER;
   OpenKey('Software\DownloadManager\Passwords', False); /False because we don´t want to create if don´t exists.
   Data := ReadString('User');
   CloseKey;
  End;
 Edit2.Text := Data;
 Registro.Free;
end;
